This thigh strap is a great add on to any thigh holster, you get that extra point of security and eliminates the mid or low drop flopping while running. Is it necessary, no. Is it helpful, absolutely. This is personal preference. Simply slide it between the holster and the mid/low drop. If ordered with holster, itll come installed and simply adjust for your leg diameter.

This strap features elastic material on the inside for non slip wear.
