CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled up until the manufacturing process. If the Material has been formed and the order is in process, the order can NOT be cancelled.
MODIFICATION POLICY
Orders can be modified BEFORE the order has begun the manufacturing process. Holsters require the final assembly to be added to the blocking/ manufacturing process to be able to make holsters a certain way. Some modifications can change the entire design/ appearance of the holster.
ORDERING ITEMS NOT ON WEBSITE
This is happening a lot lately and i just dont understand it. If you order a Holster for Flashlight A and request flashlight Z that is not listed in the dropdown menu, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Please reach out first to see if I either Have that Light in house to use, or I plan on Purchasing that light
CHARGEBACKS
Chargeback & Order Dispute Policy At FALTAC, every holster is manufactured to order. Before placing an order, customers are presented with the current estimated production lead time and must acknowledge and agree to that lead time by checking the required acceptance box during checkout. By submitting an order, you acknowledge and agree that: You have reviewed and accepted the stated production lead time. Your order enters our production queue upon purchase. Production lead times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, material availability, and other factors beyond our control.

If you have any questions, concerns, or issues regarding your order, we ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your financial institution. Chargeback Policy Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to contact us to resolve the issue may be considered a violation of these terms. We maintain records of: Order confirmations Checkout lead-time acknowledgments Customer communications Shipping and delivery records Tracking information These records may be provided to payment processors, banks, credit card companies, and dispute resolution services as evidence that the customer agreed to the terms of sale at the time of purchase. We encourage all customers to contact us directly so that we can work toward a fair and timely resolution before a payment dispute is filed.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
All items are hand made. Exchanges can be made if there is a manufacturing defect or a swap out for warranty coverage. Returns and Refunds are not permitted unless the mistake is in the manufacturing process. (clip change, color change, missed note etc. Or wrong items sent. Refunds -20% applies after item is received.
DIGITAL FILES
Since digital files are emailed instantly, there is no refunds, or exchanges, since product is delivered and there is no proof of being deleted. UNLESS the wrong file is sent, then a replacement file will be sent.
